Next month, I'm participating in No-shave-ember (or Movember), i.e. I'm going the whole month without shaving.

I'm doing this to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease Association, who are dedicated to the support of people with MND and those who care for them.

I chose MNDA because I have known someone who was very much affected by the disease.

The scientist Stephen Hawking also has a variety of MND.
