Those of you that know me well will be aware that 6 months ago I was so unfit I would struggle to run a bath, after catching the running bug again I have slowly managed to regain my fitness and would now class myself as a mediocre runner! 

I have decided to put my running to good use and next Sunday (10th May) I will be running 10km to raise money for a very good cause - Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research

If you would be kind enough to spare a couple of quid to sponsor me and help raise money for the Bromsgrove Branch of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research it would be very much appreciated.
