Story

Thanks for your support with my London Marathon JustGiving challenge!

2020 Cancelled due to Covid

2021 re-scheduled from April to Oct, unable to do due to a pre-booked holiday

2022 now re-scheduled from April to Oct

I took up running just over 5 yeas ago, (after more than 30 years of smoking). It has giving me a much more positive outlook on life, as well as feeling healthier and fitter.

I have always watched the runners at The Virgin London Marathon on TV. I'm now really pleased to have been given a charity place by Round Table Children's Wish, a charity I have supported in the past.

My page donations will be sent direct to the charity in a fast and secure way. Its efficient, saves time and cuts costs for the charity. Let's do this!

Round Table Children’s Wish is a registered charity dedicated to granting handcrafted wishes for children and young people with life threatening illnesses across Britain and Ireland.

RTCW pride themselves on their supportive and caring approach in every aspect of their work, but most importantly in the granting of wishes. They do their best to make sure that every wish is handcrafted in its own special way. Therefore, each wish meets the needs of each, individual child, young person and their wider family circumstances.
