Did you know that 1% of those in the UK are affected by autism at one level or another? Recently I was really impressed to see some of the accomplishments of those helped by Ambitious for Autism  and would like to help make a difference for more of them.

I've now completed the event - but its not too late to donate. My time was 3 hours and 44 minutes. What made the day great? Nothing prepares you for the numbers of spectators around the course, the whole course was lined on both sides of the road, often several people deep. The deafening wall of sound as you run through the city and down onto the embankment, the drums in Canary Wharf, and the groovemaster in Blackheath with his sound system blasting out from his balcony.
