Hello ... Well after saying i'd never run again ... after my 3rd Marathon (Brighton April 2010) I am running my 3rd Great North and 2nd Great South Run this year for a charity that has become very close to my heart. Its days away now, Sunday Sept 19th. You have been fantastic support in the past and I am hoping you will support me again.

You may be aware that, Paul and I are currently going through the process of adoption with Barnardo's and they have been terrific. I'd like to give something back.

Barnardo's do an amazing job with Children that are in the Care System and we are learning first hand what valuable work they do.Local Authority budgets are being cut drastically, and they have less to spend on adoption services, but this does not stop children entering the care system.
