I will be taking place in the St. James's Place/Hope and Homes for Children triathlon and duathlon on Sunday 14th October 2012 at Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, St Albans so if you want to come and watch/support you are more than welcome!

The events are as per below:

Triathlon
The triathlon race consists of a 400m indoor swim, a 21km cycle ride and then a 5km run on country roads around St Albans.

Duathlon
The duathlon race consists of a 5km run, a 21km cycle and then a 5km run.

If you are unable to come and support I would really appreciate any donation possible. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
