Last year I completed Men's Health Survival of the Fittest in Cardiff.  Afterwards I decided I wanted to complete a similar event and set my sights on something a bit more challenging.  On the 22nd September I will be taking part in Tough Mudder South West 2013.  If you're not aware of Tough Mudder, have a look on YouTube at past events...it involves 13miles, mud and electric wires.

This seems like a perfect opportunity to raise some some money for Keech Hospice who cared for my Aunty Carole earlier this year.  They not only cared wonderfully for her but also her husband and daughter.  Carole sadly passed away in March 2013.

Any donation you can make, no matter how big or small, will be very much appreciated and will hopefully help to push me towards the finish line on the day!!
