I've seen the amazing support that Martin House provides children and young people with life-limiting conditions. I have also witnessed the support that their families receive whether it's counselling, respite care or practical help. They have an enormous geographical reach across West, North and East Yorkshire. 

This unique service for families at a time when they are most in need relies on fund-raising such as this. Their vision is that every child and young person has access to palliative care when and where they need it.
