Having lived in Aylesbury for over 10 years, and each year thinking about cycling the Tour de Vale, I have finally taken the plunge. I have never ridden 100km before, so this will be a real challenge for me. The charity I am riding for is WheelPower, which is fantastic charity, based in Aylesbury, supporting disabled people with the opportunity to take part in a range of sports.
