This is the fourth and final competitive Marathon I will take part in. Although much of my training is cross country, it will be my first cross country marathon.  A fresh challenge you might say.

 

I have chosen to run for Help for Heroes largely due to my link with the British Armed Forces though my job.  It  is also my way of showing my support for a very worthwhile cause.  Please show your support too by making a donation.
