My name is Katie Cheesman . I am a frontline NHS worker . I am an ACP with the Midyorkshire Trust. 

There is always a lot of focus on saving lives . Working in the community gives you a close insight into Palliative care . This has been a passion of mine. 

I have always stood by IT IS JUST AS IMPORTANT TO ENSURE SOMONE DIES COMFORTABLY THEN IT IS TO SAVE A LIFE. 

We only get ONE CHANCE to do this. Let’s do it right. Please help me to raise money to ensure we can do this . 

The tragic events surrounding Covid 19 means that some patients have had Chemotherapy stopped . Some patients have spent the last months of their life away from family and friends. I want to ensure they get the peaceful death they deserve . 

We may not all have been directly effected by Covid 19 but we all know someone who has lost a loved one  and needed palliative care .
