In just two months time I will be participating in the Etape du Tour, raising money for Marie Curie in the process. 

The Etape is an exact replica of Stage 14 of the 2023 Tour de France, with 16,000 amateurs traversing 5 categorised Alpine mountain climbs in 152km of cycling, before descending into the finish in the ski resort of Morzine.

This will be the hardest thing I have ever done on a bike and, undeterred by smashing my face through a car windscreen, I'm planning on completing this mammoth task in 8 hours.
