The End to End is THE BIG cycling challenge in Britain and if I don't do it soon I'll never get it done  - I'm 72 now!! 

Pancreatic Cancer is a disease against which the battle has a very long way to go and much more research is badly needed.  Often by the time of diagnosis the disease has advanced beyond any possible cure.  Furthermore because of the nature  of the pancreas and its limited blood supply current treatments are often ineffective.  Most of us will have known someone who has died of this disease even if we did not know what it was that actually killed them.
