Every year I choose an Charity to raise some money for.

The challenge is something I haven't done before so the days of raising money for doing  a marathon are gone.. 

Maybe a ultra is on the books....

This year the challenge is to complete a Full distance triathlon 140.6 miles.

Abbey RFC along with way too many rugby have have been struck with tragic events related to Mental Health.

The Brave Mind Charity had been setup to help target this specifically in Rugby clubs and the community.

Ex Abbey players Tom and Jack Willis are ambassadors for this Charity.

I feel this is a fitting cause to raise some money for...
