Thanks for taking the time to visit my page and, hopefully sponsoring me for my 6th Great North Run. This will also be the first time I am doing the run with Sophia, my eldest daughter, which I am really proud to be sharing the moment with. 

To make things spicy I’m also cycling the Coast and Castles bike ride the weekend afterwards, 210 miles of amazing coastline from Newcastle to Edinburgh with 8 of my cycling friends.

As ever I am doing this to remember Sam who died 12 years ago from pancreatic cancer and who saw his final days of life being looked after by the Butterwick hospice.

Please give what ever you can afford as Butterwick is a hugely deserving charity that I really very proud to support.
