Story
Since the covid 19 pandemic domestic abuse has gone up by 25% affecting women, children and men. Not only are charities losing out on a lot from fundraising from events like the London marathon they are also working longer hours to help the people in need. Whilst I'm furloughed and mainly at home trying to entertain a 3 year old I've been using my hour a day exercise to run outdoors. So I thought why not do something worthwhile whilst I have the time for a good cause. So I'm going to attempt the David Goggins challenge of running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours(most will be done on a treadmill in a garage so I'm not breaking any covid-19 guidelines). I will try to run them all but if I have to walk or crawl I will do. As hard as it might be there's people going through a lot worse during these scary times so I'm sure not being able to walk for a month will be worth it if we can raise some money for a charity In need
