We are the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK

Story

This December, British Airways i360 Viewing Tower in Brighton has teamed up with the NSPCC to raise money and help spread awareness of their ‘Light For Every Childhood’ Christmas campaign.

The Viewing Tower will offer a 10% discount to walk-up guests in exchange for a selfie with an NSPCC sparkly picture frame, that visitors are asked to share on their social media channels.

It is hoped that the selfies and their hashtag links will generate publicity for the NSPCC’s campaign, to raise awareness of the nature and scale of neglect.

As well as this, collections tins will be displayed on till points and this JustGiving page has been created for those that wish to donate online. Any donations would be very gratefully received.

The ‘Light For Every Childhood’  highlights how one in five children in the UK have suffered abuse. This Christmas Childline counsellors will speak to hundreds of children about issues including suicidal feelings and self-harm. The NSPCC is here to help, but sadly one in three calls to its Childline service will go unanswered. That’s why spreading the message of the campaign and raising money is vital.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure, and your money will be sent directly to the NSPCC. Thank you for taking the time to visit this page.
