Eastfield - we took part in #HelloYellow last year, and you blew me away!!! Your support for this cause in raising, not just funds, but awareness of young people's mental health was incredible.

On 10 October we can help the spread the word that whatever you're going through, you're not alone with your mental health, by wearing something yellow and if you can, donating to YoungMinds. More young people than ever before are seeking support - and most aren't getting the help they need. The past year saw the highest number of referrals to mental health support services for young people since records began. We need to do something about this, and together we can. I want to create real change. Change to the lives of young people who so desperately need it. Saying #HelloYellow this World Mental Health Day is a little thing we can do to make a BIG difference to young peoples mental health. Join us.
