Story
On 8 October we at Elfrida Primary School will help spread the word that whatever you are going through, you're not alone with your mental health. By wearing something yellow and donating to Young Minds. You can join us! It’s normal to have ups and downs - and this year might have felt a little more down than up. We've all felt the concerns of lockdown, worries about the impact on our families and uncertainty about the future. But it's the little things that have got us through it - talking on the phone, text messages, the morning walks, singing in the shower, the perfect cuppa, that Netflix show that got us all buzzing, the heart to heart when you were at your wits end. Things can get better. Saying #HelloYellow this World Mental Health Day is a little thing we can do to make a HUGE difference to young peoples mental health.
Please make a donation, share the link and help Elfrida Primary School make some noise for #HelloYellow this year and raise important funds to support Young Minds.
Thank you from All the Staff & Pupils at Elfrida Primary School.
A smile or kind words can make a big difference too and lift someone’s mood.
