HVMC Cycling Challenge 2019, 1 July 2019

We provide 24-hour care for babies to give respite to families

Story

We will be cycling between all the 7 HVM Catapult centres in 5 days, to raise money for our local charity (Zoë's Place Baby Hospice - Midlands) and to bolster collaboration between the different centres.  

Total distance of about 500 miles (800km):
Day 1: NCC Bristol - MTC Coventry
Day 2: WMG Warwick - AMRC Rotherham (via NAMRC in Derby)
Day 3: AMRC - CPI Wilton
Day 4: CPI Darlington - Gretna Green 
Day 5: GG - AFRC (Glasgow)

About the charity

Zoë's Place provides 24-hour palliative, respite and end-of-life care to infants aged 0-5 years with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. We provide short-term regular care with our dedicated nursing staff, in a home from home environment to give parents and carers a well deserved break.
