My friend Tamara is a most beautiful soul who cares passionately about people, animals and our planet, who is always there in just the right capacity when sometimes you don't even realise you need it., (and is bloody funny at the most inopportune of moments but that's a lot of stories over a cuppa...) 

What Tamara never tells anyone is that she's had a brush with death and that in itself is life changing. She spent months in St Thomas's Hospital after being saved. Nurses, Doctors and other staff not only made her comfortable and helped her back to health but she became part of the furniture too. 

We want to say thank you to all those who helped her so we are doing this abseil. Please do sponsor us so that the hospital can buy life saving equipment or whatever it needs to keep doing the amazing work it does. 

We are tasked with raising £300, we've raised £500 but let's smash that target... And on the day you're most welcome to come and watch. Let me know.
