I will be cycling 100 miles around London and Essex to raise money for UK for UNHCR who are providing essential support for refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine. Currently 4.3 million have been forced to flee Ukraine and an additional 7.1 million have been displaced within Ukraine’s borders. 

UK for UNHCR is the UN Refugee Agency's national partner for the United Kingdom. UK for UNHCR helps refugees by advocating for their protection and raising funds that help UNHCR deliver humanitarian relief to displaced families across the globe. UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency leads the response to refugee protection across the world. From rushing life-saving aid to civilians fleeing the frontlines of conflict, to ongoing care, such as education and healthcare, for refugees whose lives may remain in limbo for years.
