The Great North Run is 13 miles long (half marathon). I run it each year for Christian Aid, in recognition of the work they do with people of all faiths and creeds, helping people to recover from disasters, and supporting people to make their lives better, with tools, seeds, wells, learning, and bank loans.

It is a small sacrifice on my part to run for Christian Aid; I hope that you will be generous with your giving.
