On the 14th May I will be taking part in the 17km endurance commando challenge, which I was pressured into under duress!

I fully realise that there is a lot going on in the world that deserves giving money to but its good to remember what the Royal Marines are going through and have been through, in various places around the world.

If this is not enough of a reason to give a little loose change, the image of me cry like a school girl at the end of the 17km Commando Challenge should be well worth it!!
