Story

On Sunday 18th April I will be putting myself through the gruelling 26.2 miles of the London Marathon ..... again.

The reason for doing something so stupid (especially more than once) is to raise as much money as possible for CLIC - Challenging Cancer and Leukaemia in Childhood.

You can read a bit more about them on this page, but in short they do fantastic work with children and their families who have been affected by cancer or leukaemia

In order to support this very worthy charity I have set myself the fund raising target of £2,000

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support. Hugo

Each day in the UK five families are told their child has cancer or leukaemia. From that moment on their lives will never be the same again. Most children will survive, some will die, but the scars on every family will remain. CLIC's role is to try and help these children and their families cope and keep life as normal as possible. It offers an all-embracing approach including practical hands-on care, clinical services, financial and emotional support. CLIC has joined together with Sargent Cancer Care for Children to become the UK’s leading children’s cancer charity.
