In August 2013 we were given the devastating news that our beloved mum was told she had bowel cancer and at the time it was treatable. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worse and sadly on 22nd October our inspirational mum passed away, with her loving husband and children around her. We wish there was more that could of been done as their are to many lifes lost through this desease.  In memory of mum this is one of the poems that has been dedicated to her. 

Here is a little poem that we dedicated to her:-

We little knew that morning

God was to call your name

In life we loved you dearly

In death we do the same

It broke our hearts to.lose you

You did not go alone

For part of us went with you

The day God called you home

You left us beautiful memories

Your love is still our guide

And though we cannot see you

Your always at our side

Our family chain is broken

And nothing seems the same

But as God calls us one by one

The chain will link again.

Over the last 6 years we have experienced all too often those dreaded words I HAVE CANCER, some we have lost, a few have survived we only wish more had survived. Our nearest and dearest seem to have been taken far too soon. We know this is happening all over and this is our way of remembering all the loved ones that we have lost and our way of keeping their memories alive.
