I am taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon for the Bone Cancer Research Trust in memory of a student who sadly lost her battle with Bone Cancer a few years ago.

As anyone who knows me will be aware, this is not going to be easy... In fact it's the biggest physical challenge I've ever undertaken. The reason for this massive challenge is to raise as much money as possible for this fantastic charity (and because I was talked into it by my boss in a moment of insanity!)

BCRT offer information and support to those suffering from Bone cancer and also help to fund research into treatments for this devastating cancer, which mostly affects children and teenagers.

Please give generously, as this really is a great cause!
