Somehow, after saying "Absolutely and categorically not!" I find myself actually doing this. I've been in 100% denial but it looks like it's happening and there is nothing I can do about it. THANKS A BUNCH CHRIS!
Two teams, one 4 man and one 2 man, of friends (and CHRIS) will be doing a triathalon consisting of cycling, canoeing and hiking. In laymans terms that is:
- 3km of drowning (canoeing) in Derwenwater
- 17km of incessant moaning (hiking) up to the summit of Skiddaw.
- 65km of trying not to throw up a lung (cycling) round Skiddaw which includes 1,015m of elevation gain.
This is undeniably stupid but it's for a good cause and I will be doing it with friends, and CHRIS.
So, if you can spare a little please donate to help ACTION MEDICAL as it's a great cause.
