300km in 30days, 1 June 2021
In celebration of our 30th Anniversary we have set ourselves a challenge to try and raise £30,000 by the end of 2022. You can help us achieve this goal by organising your own 30-themed challenge then encouraging your friends and family to sponsor you

Story

Me and Rich are going to be completing a minimum of 300km in 30days between us during June through a mixture of walking, running, cycling and rowing. This is a big challenge for both of us as we have never completed anywhere near this in a month before!

The West Midlands Central Accident, Resuscitation & Emergency (CARE) Team is a charitable organisation who respond to serious medical incidents within the West Midlands, UK. They rely solely on donations to keep running. Without this support they would cease to exist.

Working in teams alongside West Midlands Ambulance Service, volunteer doctors, nurses, paramedics and other healthcare professionals deliver enhanced critical care to seriously injured and unwell patients.

The charitable aims of the organisation are the relief of persons suffering injury or illness by the provision of immediate medical care and advancing the study of immediate medical care by the provision of training and research.

Hopefully we never know anyone who needs this critical care support, but unfortunately there is always the possibility it could be you or someone you know who needs this charitable service.

Please help us to raise as much as we can in the 30th year of the CARE team so that we can hopefully keep going for another 30!  #30for30
