Stop the press & hold the front page! Talk about dodgy weather; the rain was horizontal at the start of the run and, for those of you who are familiar with Tidworth Garrison, the organisers threw the summit of Sidbury Hill in for good measure - still it was character building and they did hand out Jelly Babies at the halfway point, so it wasn't all bad!

Thank you all so much for your generous support - I'm pleased to say that I got in well before the ambulance in a time of 69 minutes!

Don't worry, I've had a full medical check up and I'm unlikely to kill myself doing this - I know you were worried!!

Anyway, having had this 'rush of blood to the head', I've entered myself for the Tidworth 10km run on 1st November and would like your support in raising a modest sum for the Stars Appeal. I'm not going to promise to complete the course in any particular time, but I will undertake to finish (and sorry but I'm not doing it in a gorilla suit!).
