Cancer happened and is happening right now! at a personal level my mother died from cancer in 2004 at only 53 years old, time passed but her memory is still alive with people that knew her and loved her. Cancer is everywhere, I personally don’t know anyone that has not been affected by Cancer either through friends , colleagues or family ! 🙁😢
I decided that I would like to do something in my mum’s memory, so on the 14 April 2019 I willl run the Paris Marathon ( bare in mind that despite enjoying going for a run , my longest distance so far was about 14km/8.7miles) so running 26miles/ 41.6km will be a big challenge for me. I will do my best to get through and not only for my mum but also for all the people that are suffering from cancer today. This is why I decided to run and raise money right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose!
Why the Paris Marathon? because my mum was a French  teacher and one of her dreams was to travel to Paris which unfortunately she was never able to do, however she made sure that I went before she did ! This is the type of person she was , she always put her children and other people first, I guess you need to do this if you dedicate your life teaching generations of children and young people!

Cancerul ataca  si continua sa atace in jurul  nostru!  La nivel personal mama mea a murit de cancer in 2004 la doar 53 de ani, timpul a trecut dar memoria ei încă trăiește in persoanele care au iubito și cunoscuto ! Cancerul este peste tot, eu personal nu cunosc pe nimeni care nu știe pe cineva care nu a fost afectat de cancer fie personal, membru de familie , prieteni sau colegi. 🙁😢 

As dori sa fac ceva in memoria mamei mele , așa ca pe 14 Aprilie 2019 voi alerga Maratonul din Paris. ( in realite chiar dacă mai alerg de plăcere din când in când pana in prezent     cea mai lunga distanță ce am reușit sa alerg a fost  14km așa ca alergând 41.6km va fii o mare provocare pt mine ! O fac tot ce  îmi sta in putința sa reușesc sa termin traseul nu doar pt mama mea dar și pentru personale care au fost sau continua sa fie afectate de cancer, de acea am hotărât sa strâng bani pentru Cancer Research uk! 

De ce maratonul din Paris? Pentru ca mama mea a fost profesoara de Franceza și unul din visurile ei a fost sa călătorească la Paris dar din păcate nu a reușit sa își îndeplinească visul căci  pentru ea a fost mai important ca eu sa merg și nu ea. Mama mea s-a asigurat ca a pus interesul copiilor ei și a altor persoane înaintea dorintelor ei, ma gandesc ca doar o astfel de persona și-ar fi dedicat  viața sa educe generații de copii și adolescenți . 

Sper sa strâng £1000 dar nu o sa reușesc sa fac asta de unul singur și de acea am nevoie de ajutorul vostru , fiecare bănuț contează și o sa facă diferența pt a continua cercetarea împotriva cancerului  și a îmbunătății tratamentul persoanelor care suferă  de cancer !  Donați la pagina mea JustGiving și contribuiți  la ziua in care cancerul este vindecat !
