Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Isaac and his twin brother Zakir were born 11 weeks early and although they both seemed healthy I was devastated to find out Isaac had brain damage caused by untreated strep b infection. Isaac's limbs were so stiff he would cry constantly and was very angry and frustrated but since having selective dorsal rhizotomy with the amazing Dr park at St. Louis children's hospital in America in September 2015 he has come on leaps and bounds, he can now bend his legs and climb the stairs, his speech amazes me every day and it's just like his whole body has been released from the tight bands holding him back.
However it became clear after the surgery that Isaac was still scissoring and no matter how much we stretched his legs we had to arrange for Isaac to go back to America to see another surgeon called dr Dobbs to have his hip adductor muscles lengthened, this surgery cake in at double the price we thought it would be and we had to use all of the money we had left for his private Physio and raise the rest of the money in a short time frame, which we did, but this has now left us needing to raise more finds to pay for Isaac's intense Physio.
Isaac has never been able to walk, not even in a walker, he has no muscles in his tiny little legs. Isaac is predicted to be able to do some independent walking but to achieve this he needs intensive physio every day.
Do please support us in our fundraising journey and give some hope to Isaac

Thank you to everyone that continues to support Isaac.
