On the 5th January 2015 my gorgeous friend Abigail died from Meningitis aged 13. It all happened very quickly within 24hrs. We had been the best of friends since we were 7yrs old. My life changed massively, she was the only person I could climb up a tree with in year 3 and hide so we could compare notes on how annoying our brothers were, and also be able to persuade my mum to drive her all the way to the nearest town to buy sweets for her having fallen of one of our ponies!! She was not just a best friend but more a sister.

Her death has left a huge hole in my heart and my life and not a day goes by where I don't think about her and miss her beyond words, and this for some strange reason has motivated me to do something I can genuinely say I never would have dreamt of doing!! Every penny you donate goes towards helping the invaluable work of Meningitis Research Foundation to help them create a world free of Meningitis. All donations mean more to me than you will ever know.
