Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We did it!!! On the 20th May 2012 we cycled the very hilly 65 mile boundary of Dacorum to help raise funds for Home-Start Dacorum. Well done everyone who took part and thanks to all the supporters and those who provided a much appreciated lunch stop.

Mike Penning MP was there at Breakspear Park to officially start the ride at 8:00am. Thank you Mike.

Home-Start Dacorum supports families with young children throughout the borough who are struggling to cope with difficult circumstances. Volunteers visit families in their own homes, offering emotional and practical support until the family are back on track.

Any financial support that you are able to give to this worthy cause would be greatly appreciated. Home-Start would like to recruit and train more volunteers as the local need is great but funds are needed to enable them to do this.

You can leave a message when you donate, so if you would like to sponsor a particular rider please include their name in your message.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to Home-Start and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - We raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for Home-Start.
