We're all affected by cancer in some way. You may have sponsored me last year when I ran my first 5k in memory of two close relatives we lost to cancer. I am happy to say I raised around £250 in total! This year I am running the 10k, and hope to raise just as much for this brilliant cause!

Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. 1 in 3 of us are likely to be diagnosed at some point in our lives, so let's try and make it quicker and easier to diagnose and treat!
