Running the Marathon is a HUGE Challenge for me and although training is going well, 26 miles still seems a very long way!

There are currently over 38,000 people in the UK receiving Renal Replacement therapy and of the 7672 people currently on the national organ waiting list, 6909 need a kidney - By contrast only 1800 kidney transplants are carried out each year.
