Paul works for a charity called  Family Action, he is a counsellor and offers therapeutic support to young people including young carers. 

Young carers are young people who support a parent, sibling or family member with mental or physical disabilities.Young carers are having to grow up quickly in order to support their family member(s) and often do not have time to relax and enjoy their lives. This fun run is to raise money in order for the charity to continue organising trips and fun activities for the young carers. This enables the charity to offer young carers the opportunity to relax and enjoy time with other young carers and people going through similar experiences to them.
