I'm joining Mum and Dad participating in this annual event (organised by Dad's former work colleagues at CORMAC) in aid of Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation.

It is a 50 mile bike ride that takes in Bodmin, Camelford, Wadebridge and Padstow, and I will be doing it without padded shorts!
