I am running as a team of 3 to raise money for an excellent local charity who need help to continue to offer the fantastic service they do. Running the 10k earlier in the year gave me the chance to see the difference events like this make. I am completing a 22 week training programme and will be updating times so that hopefully you can follow my progress!
