This page has been set up in Memory of my Grandad, Tom Hartley. He was a wonderful, kind man who is greatly missed. Nothing will ever take the heartbreak away but the family would like to do something positive in his name and this is where you all come in. 

We are asking you to kindly donate to Macmillan Cancer Support who were wonderful in their support through this difficult time. They provided 24hr care for my Grandad and ensured he was without pain and comfortable. They gave my Grandma much needed respite which enabled her to fulfill their wish to care for her husband at home. They also gave each member of the family emotional support, care and understanding through out their time with us. Each Nurse, carer and support staff each left their mark with the family and we are truly grateful to each and everyone of them. 

We could not thank Macmillan enough for their support and would like to raise funds, to ensure that other families receive their much needed support.
