We are running the Loch Ness Marathon in memory of our incredible Grannie whom was diagnosed with Motor Neurones Disease in 2015 and progressively declined over 18 months. She lived in Yorkshire and the MND Association provided support to her and my family to improve her quality of life.  

Motor Neurones Disease can cause someone to lose the ability to walk, talk, eat, drink or breathe unaided. It is a devastating condition and more support is required to improve the care and support for people affected by MND.
