This is my second time taking part in the Great North Run and I want to raise money for a really worthwhile local charity. I've known about Northumberland National Park Mountain Rescue Team for years and the good they do to help people in trouble. However it's only been the last couple of years I have followed them on social media and have really seen how often they are out there helping those in need.  

I think this time will be harder than the first as I haven't been out running quite as much but I assure you I will do it and we can help this charity together!
