Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page for the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge taking place this May for the National Autistic Society!

My little girl Winter (Winnie) is 5 years old and was diagnosed with autism when she was 4 years old. Winnie has always faced daily struggles and often masks this when we leave the house to be able to fit in with a neurotypical world. This can be exhausting for her, yet she always maintains a beaming smile.

However her world is magical, and she lets us live in it with her which brings us all immeasurable joy.

My dad and I are taking on this challenge, walking 24 miles and 1532m of ascent to raise money for this fantastic charity who are working to change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. Any support you can give to help us towards our target, would be truly appreciated.

Thank you!
