5 years ago my wonderful Grandpa passed away at St Gemma's Hospice in Leeds. My family were so grateful to the hospice and the fantastic staff there for the care he received during the final weeks of his life. To show our appreciation to the charity I am ran the Great North Run last year and will be doing it again this year. 

All donations will help towards supporting the wonderful work they do at St Gemmas and ensuring patients and families are comfortable and supported during such difficult times.
