For those not in the know, Pieta House was a lifeline for me last year.

I'm not doing anything spectacular, I'm not climbing a mountain or running a marathon, but I am participating in the Darkness into Light walk in Cork City this year and thought I'd take the opportunity to raise people's awareness and urge anyone who can to donate a couple of quid; all of it (bar the wee fee that JustGiving takes) goes entirely to Pieta House and I can attest that their work is nothing short of remarkable
