My name is Jasmine Smith and I am 4 years old, My super hero grandad Mike is taking part in the London marathon for Bliss because they supported my family through a sad and difficult time. 

Me and my brother Zain were born at 24 weeks. We was both very very poorly and needed a lot of help, from many different hospitals.

We sadley lost my little brother because he was too poorly. The day Zain fell alsleep I opened my eyes an saw my mummy and daddy for the first time. I am now 4 years old and I am doing very well all my doctors and family are so proud of me. I had to have heart surgery, I also had a brain hemorrhage, many blood transfusions,  So much more.

 I could not breath alone so I had a special machine to help me for 3 months, we took each day as it came, over time I slowly stated to get stronger and move closer to home. I lived at the hospital for 7 months. I had to take home a tank called oxygen by Christmas day I was off my oxygen, mummy and daddy was happy because they said they could see my beautiful face all the time instead of tubes. 

I have chronic and heart lung disease, stridor also suffer with chocking episodes but I dont let that stop me. Please help support my super hero garandad by giving something back to a wonderful charity bliss who helped my family when I could not help.
