£1,670
raised of £20,000 target
Spirit Of Salford - No More Holiday Hunger, 22 October 2020
We're providing a trusted route for people to donate to Salford City's emergency response to the coronavirus crisis. We'll be channeling funds throughout our sector directly to those most in need. Supported by Salford Council and NHS Salford CCG.

Story

Christmas is going to be especially hard for so many people this year, and in Salford we will not let children go hungry. Salford City Council have promised to provide for children who are entitled to free school meals, but National Government are not providing any additional funds for us to do this.

The Spirit of Salford are hoping to support our community and save Christmas for all those who are struggling, by raising funds for the scheme.

100% of the money raised will go to the Holiday Hunger fund for Christmas at Salford City Council.
