Hello wonderful people,
Have you got 5 minutes to spare? Drop down, plank and hold for 5 minutes to raise much-needed funds for our incredible NHS frontline workers.
It's as easy as:
- Plank for 5 minutes (you can fall as many times as you need to - just get back up! And if you're not able to plank, go for a 5 minute wall sit)
- Donate £5 to our amazing NHS via this page (find the link on @joelygabrielle @knowles_comms Instagrams)
- Nominate 5 people to take on the challenge, tagging them on your social stories
