Story
This year I have had some wonderful experiences with more to come, and I am so lucky that my life span allows me to enjoy these.
Rainbows help support many life-limited children and their families; last year I was blindfolded for 12hrs and early this year I participated in the Nottingham Rainbow Run and also as a narcoleptic I did a 24hr stay awake.
I will be continuing to support the charity and the first event on my list is the Derby Cathedral abseil.
One of my fears is heights, or more the fear of falling; when I saw this event online I immediately thought to myself 'go for it'.
October 4th I will be finishing work early to abseil down Derby Cathedral!
Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People care for many children/young people and their families too; making their lives more enjoyable and comfortable no matter how short they may be.
