John and I are taking part in the EAT Mud Challenge, which is being held on Saturday 28th June at Henfold Lakes, Henfold Lane, Dorking, Surrey R.  It is a 5k Army Assault Course, which starts with a country mile and is one of the most challenging and fun military style assault courses out there with around 100 obstacles.
